Crepe Myrtles are planted within 2 feet of house(slab on grade)
Southern Magnolias are currently 9'H and planted 15' from house
Should I be concerned with Southern Magnolia or crepe murtle roots damaging my foundation slab?
You have a safe distance for the crepe myrtles. It would be better if the magnolia had a little more distance, but I think you are still in good shape, UNLESS the air conditioner drains on that side of the house. The roots will be drawn to the water. Magnolias grow very slowly, so I would expect that root damage would not be an issue for a tree this size for 25-30 years.
